Welcome to Southland Park Fitness Centre

Full of natural light, the Southland Park Fitness Centre is located in the atrium of the Southland Park 2 Building. This is a tenant based facility for the employees of Southland Park.

Facility Hours 

Monday to Friday | 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Staffed Facility Hours
Monday | 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday | 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday | 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Thursday | 11:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Membership

All tenants of Southland Park are welcome and eligible for membership at the Southland Park Fitness Centre for only $30.00+GST per month.  Pre-authorized debit or credit options are available.  Check out the About Us page for further details.

Please contact Fitness Staff to drop off the forms in person or submit them via email.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership for any reason please complete the cancellation form below The completed form can be emailed or dropped off at the fitness centre.  Cancellation forms must be submitted by the 20th of the month to be effective month end.

Group Exercise

The Southland Park Fitness Centre  offers an assortment of Group Exercise classes.  Led by certified and qualified instructors, these fun and energetic classes are sure to invigorate your day and help you towards your fitness goals. An updated summer schedule can be found in the blog section for our outdoor patio sessions.

All of our fitness classes are included in your membership price on a first come first serve basis (Webpage or App sign up options). Registration may be limited by space availability so always register early beginning at 7 AM the day before in the Member Portal above for on the app or the class you wish to attend!  Please contact Cindee, or stop by the fitness centre to sign-up today!

Personal Training

Personal Training is not just for elite athletes and celebrities! Everyone can benefit from a session with one of our highly qualified trainers. If you’re just looking for a new program design, one of our trainers will customize an exercise program based entirely on your fitness needs and time constraints. If you want more help, multiple sessions provide motivation and on-going feedback, continually assessing your strength, endurance and flexibility – in essence improving the effectiveness of your workouts. No matter what your needs and goals, personal trainers can provide you with a safe, informative and results-oriented environment in which to exercise.

Our trainers are among the most qualified in Calgary. Every personal trainer possesses a university degree in Kinesiology, Physical Activity or similar field, plus holds national and internationally recognized post-graduate certifications in exercise prescription and testing.
